Originating from South Africa, rooibos is a home grown infusion made by blending the finest red bush leaves, grown only in the Cederberg mountain area just north of Cape Town, 300-600 meters above level.
Farmers use their specialist knowledge to grow and harvest the herbs to ensure the very best quality. 18 months after the plantations have been established, the rooibos plant is finally ready to reveal its wonderful flavors.
